RETURN & ITEM EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Boutique Warehouse we are aware that as convenient as online shopping is, it has some inherent down falls such as not being able to try on, touch or feel the products before you buy. For this reason we are happy to refund your full purchase price less P&H No questions asked.
With your order you will receive and Refund / Exchange form all you need to do is call us on 1300 880 386 to obtain a Return Order Number and then post your products back to us. As soon as we receive them back we will process your refund or exchange and email you to let you know the process has been completed. It’s that easy. Please note we will only accept refunds that have been given a return order number within 14days of the initial purchase.
EXCHANGES.
Wrong size? Don’t worry! We will happily exchange your item for the right size as long as it is in stock. All you need to do is post the item(s) back to us at the below address and upon receipt of the returned goods we will immediately dispatch your exchanged item(s) back to you at no extra charge. It is however best to call us first so that we can reserve the item(s) you wish to exchange for. Exchange of an unrelated item will be considered on request and must be of equal or greater value to the original purchase. Please call us on 1300 880 386 to discuss this.

RETURN / EXCHANGE OF SALE ITEMS.
Due to the nature of their discount Sale items are not eligible for the Risk Free 1st Purchase Guarantee. Sale items can be returned for a website Credit Coupon only. A Credit Coupon will be issued via email on receipt of the returned goods. The exchange of sale items due to incorrect sizes is subject to additional freight charges. This will be determined by the weight of the goods being exchanged and will only be charged back at the exact postage costs involved. Please contact our store between 9.30am – 5pm EST Monday to Friday or between 10am and 2pm on a Saturday to obtain these details.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We are vigilant with our quality control at The Boutique Warehouse however if for any reason your product has been received and is faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately on 1300 880 386 and we will arrange for free return postage of the item to us. On receipt of the faulty product we will offer either a full refund of the purchase price and all costs or post out free of charge a replacement item of your choice to the value of the original purchase.
It is recommended that if a replacement order is required that you call us immediately 1300 880386 to reserve your replacement item this will allow us to advise you of stock availability and avoid disappointment.
* Items to be exchanged must be equal to or greater than the value of the original purchase. Items of greater value will be invoiced with the price difference to be paid for by the customer. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value please call us on 1300 880 386 to discuss possible options.
The Boutique Warehouse reserves the right to modify our return policy at any time.
Postage & Handling Information
OUR STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE:
Orders placed on a Monday through to Thursday will be dispatched within 24 hrs of the order being processed Orders placed after 3pm on these days will be dispatched within 48 hrs of order processing.
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
* You will receive an email notification of the dispatch please allow 7-10 working days for delivery from the time your order has been dispatched. This represents the maximum delivery time frame. In most cases delivery will be much faster.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $8.95 per order.
*Please note that postage insurance is not included in the order and can be nominated at check out for an additional cost of $3. We strongly advise that customer’s use this facility as once the items have been dispatched they are then considered the responsibility of the customer.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are accepted. Delivery costs will be calculated separately after the order is confirmed and processed. Please withhold payment until an updated invoice is delivered to your email address. We will endeavor to finalize international orders within 48 hrs of the order being placed.
GIFT SERVICE DELIVERY:
Our Gift Service orders are treated as priority orders. Orders placed on a Monday - Thursday will be dispatched within 24 hrs of the order being processed. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.
